If you want door-to-door shipping, there will be additional cost that you can discuss with the shipping agency.

All tables are packed in secure wooden crates.
Any damage during shipping it’s out of our control.
We are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages. But we ensure you that every crates is safe!
The insurance only covered the loss or total damage of the item.

FREE SHIPPING TERMS in FURNITeak means we cover the shipping cost from our port to your closest port ONLY!
Excluding the Handling Fees, Local Charges, customs etc. that related to your shipment.
Importing to your country might be additional fees available, and we cannot control that. But according to our experience there will be :
– Handling fees,
– Pick up,
– Importing and any duties, are buyer responsibility.
– ISF charges for US customers,
– import charges, clearance and local charges are on buyer responsibility.

UNITED STATES OF AMERICA CUSTOMERS
U.S Customers who buy from FURNITeak, we only ship item using LCL Cargo. That means you’re as importer.As an importer, it’s important for you to know that you must understand and comply with any existing regulations in the USA.
When it comes to importing into the US, there are two import procedures that are required:
1. ISF for shipments that are shipped via Ocean. The ISF must be filed 24 hours before the vessel leaves the last port of origin on its way to the US.
2. Entry for all import shipments. The Entry should be filed upon arrival of the shipment into the US.

SELF FILING ISF
You can self filing Importer Security Filing (ISF) 10+2 Regulation, handle it by your own can save so much money. But, if you decide to submit all the documents on your own, you are fully responsible for knowing the rules and regulations.
You are also responsible for the accuracy of the information that you provide.

CUSTOM BROKER SERVICES
Hiring custom broker is another option that you can take.
They give you hassle-free, free of mind, easier process, faster, and almost risk-free from unnecessary charges. But be prepare with their cost services.
It’s better for you to contact them and consult about your order.
You can find your nearest custom broker in your city. They will explain you anything you need for shipping the item.

Custom broker fees is paid by customers, as you used their service. FURNITeak only educate and have no relation or agreement with custom broker mentioned above.
We only give information that make you easier to proceed the order.
There will be additional shipping cost, please contact us before order. Cause shipping to Hawaii is three-times more expensive than shipping to US continent.
